PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A former Shelby Valley High School teacher has been arrested, following his indictment last month on child exploitation charges. Zackery Ryan Hill, 35, of Pikeville, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, after he went to the courthouse to pay a fine and learned that there was a warrant for his arrest due to a sealed indictment. That indictment charges him with two counts of using a computer to procure a minor for unlawful sexual activity, a felony punishable by 10-to-20 years in prison.
