MANHATTAN — A new investor has entered the growing legal fight over Addiction Recovery Care’s finances, asking a federal judge in New York to block the release of millions of dollars currently frozen by the court. Big things continue to happen around the Pikeville High School basketball program, and the latest came earlier this week when senior Jackson Keene announced his commitment to play college basketball at the University of Pikeville. Keene received the offer on January 10 and made it official days later, calling the opportunity “blessed” in a post on social media. The senior has been a steady force for the Panthers all season.
