Haydee Robinson announced the incident over social media Wednesday afternoon. ELKHORN CITY, Ky. — A Pike County couple has been charged with child abuse after police say their three children were living in a home described as heavily cluttered, unsanitary and in a state of significant disrepair. A Kentucky State Police trooper was called to a home on Regina Belcher Highway Tuesday evening to investigate a report of alleged environmental neglect. PIKEVILLE, KY. – Rumors circulating this morning declared that a teacher at Pike Central had suffered from a fentanyl overdose. But a phone call with Principal Timothy Cline confirmed that no such incident occurred.  Cline explained that a teacher went to the nurses’ station “feeling faint.” EMS was called as a precaution.
