PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Lawrence County man was arrested in Paintsville over the weekend, after police found a variety of drugs in his car during a traffic stop. A Paintsville Police officer pulled over Douglas Paul Baker, 44, of Lowmansville, just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday, after noticing his registration was expired and he had no light over his license plate.
